The EFD System (EFD) is an internet accessible application that allows filers to electronically submit notice filings for Form NF – Unit Investment Trust (UIT) and Form D for Regulation D, Rule 506 offerings and pay related notice filing fees to participating state securities regulators.  EFD also provides a public-facing website allowing members of the public to search and view, free of charge, filings made with state securities regulators via EFD.  (Filings not submitted via the EFD System will generally not be available to search and view through EFD.)
